Refund Policy
1. Applicability
This Returns & Refunds policy applies to tuition and certificate programs offered by Thailand Metric Echelon where a fee is quoted. It supplements any program-specific enrollment agreement you sign.
2. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
If you purchase a program remotely and are a consumer under Thai consumer protection rules, you may cancel within fourteen calendar days from the purchase confirmation date for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than twenty percent of downloadable materials or attended live sessions, whichever threshold we document for that cohort.
3. Partial Refunds After Access
If you withdraw after crossing documented access thresholds, we may retain a portion of fees corresponding to services already rendered, materials licensed, or seats allocated, calculated transparently in your enrollment addendum.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party licensing fees, proctored exam surcharges, or shipping of physical materials—if applicable—may be non-refundable once incurred. Administrative fees disclosed at checkout may also be non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@thailandmetricechelon.digital with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within seven business days with status and any documentation needs.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank timelines may vary. If original reversal is impossible, we will arrange an alternative traceable method.
7. Cancellations by Thailand Metric Echelon
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. If you dispute a decision, we will follow the dispute pathway in your enrollment agreement and applicable Thai consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act where relevant.
