These General Terms govern access to the website and informational services operated by Thailand Metric Echelon (“we”, “us”) at ThailandMetricEchelon.digital. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. These terms do not replace any separate enrollment agreement for paid training; where such an agreement exists, it controls for the specific program.

You represent that you are at least eighteen years old or have obtained consent from a guardian where required. If you submit forms or create an account in the future, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

You may browse, download materials explicitly offered for download, and contact us for information. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a manner that impairs performance, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, curricula descriptions, and design assets are owned by Thailand Metric Echelon or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view content for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce course materials, syllabi excerpts, or branding for commercial redistribution without written permission.

Prices and schedules shown on the site are informational. The site does not process payments. Enrollment, invoices, and refunds are handled through separate documentation. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without confirmation from our admissions team.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in Thailand, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from site use except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. We encourage good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue site features for maintenance or policy reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
